When we have a health problem, it is easy to lose hope. That is why it is important to pray for God to give us the strength we need to overcome the situation. We want to help you with this selection of healing verses that the Lord has left us for these difficult times. They will also help you if it is a friend or family member who is going through a bad situation.
Verses of healing and protection
As human beings, our flesh and blood bodies suffer from the passage of time and the impact of possible illnesses, from a simple cold to more serious health problems that dramatically compromise our well-being and even our existence in this world.
If at some point we are unfortunate enough to fall ill, we must never lose hope. We have to keep in mind that God is with us and it is He who controls the situation.
We must never stop praying for the Most High to give us the spiritual, emotional and even physical healing that we need so much.
Biblical healing texts
During his ministry, Jesus Christ undertook countless actions to save us from sin. But he was not only interested in spiritual health, but also in physical health, as is reflected in numerous texts in the Bible.
Throughout the Sacred Pages, references to situations of physical healing by Christ are abundant.
As a sign of this interest in the total welfare of his followers we share some passages from the apostles Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
